I hate to say it, but it’s true:
HR’s job = protect the company, not you.

⏳ TRUTH #4: DON’T EXPECT A MIRACLE
Toxic bosses don’t wake up one day and think,
"Wow, maybe I should change!"
Focus on what you control:
Your work. Your sanity. Your exit plan. 🛫

Listen — if you’re telling yourself, "It’s not that bad..."
It’s bad enough.
