    Start with a single problem you solve exceptionally well. Build your ecosystem around it — sprints, retainers, digital products, fractional roles.

  3. Mix and match for stability.
    One advisory retainer + one sprint project + one scalable digital product = recurring income and protected energy.

  4. Shift from employment to ownership.
    Stop renting your time — start licensing your expertise.
